Safety is a crucial aspect of any performance involving fire. Indeed, it’s not enough to simply make sure that the audience, the performers, and the surroundings are safe; it’s crucial to make sure that the audience knows that they are safe. That way, they can relax and enjoy the performance.
The more relaxed, comfortable and safe the audience feels, the more fully they can enter into the energy of a fire performance.
Accordingly, Mythic Fire takes the utmost care to maintain safety at all times during our performances and rehearsals. We safety-check all equipment directly prior to each performance, and no fire is lit without at least one trained and competent fire-safety person standing by and ready to act in case of any trouble.
